I would like to thank you for the ongoing support of your local Chef’s and cordially invite you to the ACF chapter’s annual Chef’s Touch Dinner.  If you have not attended in the past, please accept this invitation and come enjoy the fun for the first time!

The event begins at 5pm with cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres, a showcase of silent auction items followed by an abundant and delicious buffet feast prepared by our chapter chefs and culinary students. As always, the event will end with the highly anticipated live auction immediately following dinner.

All tickets will be sold online only this year. No check or cash payment will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding in this matter as we strive to keep things organized and fair for all who would like to attend.

What does the Casco Bay Chef’s Association do with the money?

Our mission is to provide support to culinary education through scholarships as well as ongoing educational and mentoring support to culinary students, cooks and chefs in the Casco Bay region. 
 

We support SMCC with culinary school scholarships and monthly continuing education meetups. We also support the Wayside Food Program, The Good Shepard Food Bank, Full Plates Full Potential, Cooking Matters, Inland Marine Fisheries, Maine Families, Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, The Wounded Warriors Project and many more local charities!

Casco Bay Chef’s ACF has no paid staff and is 100% volunteer.  100% of the money you donate to the association goes to our programs and philanthropic initiatives to strengthen our community and future of our culinary industry.

Look into the kitchen of your favorite restaurant, pastry shop, bakery, culinary school, hospital or assisted living facility in Southern Maine, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll see an ACF chef.
